Caswell

Caswell is one of Gowers most popular and accessible beaches. It is popular with locals and tourists especially during the summer months. It is also popular with swimmers and water sports enthusiasts (mainly surfers). There is also a lifeguard patrolling the beach during the high season (usually spring and summer).

Caswell offers good facilities such as parking (there is a pay and display car park opposite the beach), shops and toilets. The shops and toilets are conveniently located beside the beach and offer refreshments and beach items and toys such as bucket & spades, inflatables and windbreaks.

It is possible to walk around from Caswell following the footpath to the east and heading towards Langland. Following the footpath to the west of Caswell is also a good walk. After a short walk you will come to Brandy cove and finally the secluded area of Pwlldu bay.
