The property has an enclosed rear garden with patio area, three large living rooms
and a conservatory, and off road parking for three cars. There is a well stocked
Spar shop, and pub within easy walking distance, with further restaurants and shops
locally. For golf enthusiasts, the Gower Golf Club, with its beautiful views over
the Loughor Estuary, is approximately 1.5 miles away.

Downstairs
Kitchen: The well stocked kitchen has a dual fuel range
cooker, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. There is breakfast seating for
four people.
Lounge/dining room: There is a large front facing lounge
which has a dining table with seating for eight. There are double doors through
from this room to a further lounge.
Lounge/TV room: There is a 32" colour TV with DVD player.
This receives terrestrial channels through a standard arial. There are french windows
to the conservatory at the back of the property.
Lounge/video room/library: There is a further smaller
lounge to the front of the property with a TV which plays videos and DVDs only.
There is a good range of books and videos for the use of guests. A range of games
and puzzles are stored here, and further toys and games are stored in the bedrooms.
Conservatory: This has a small table and chairs and two
settees. It is unheated, and so requires good weather for extended use in the winter
months. This room also contains the washing machine and tumble dryer.
Cloakroom: There is a downstairs cloakroom with a toilet
and full size hand basin.
Upstairs
Bedroom 1: A large double room at the back of the property
with built in and freestanding wardrobe and drawer space. This room contains a kingsize
double bed with duvet.
Bedroom 2: A large double room at the front of the property
with built in wardrobe and freestanding drawers. This room contains twin single
beds with duvets.
Bedroom 3: A double room at the front of the property
with built in and freestanding wardrobes and drawers. This room contains twin single
beds with duvets.
Bedroom 4: A double room at the back of the property with
built in and freestanding wardrobes and drawers. This room contains twin single
beds with duvets.
Nb: All bed linen and towels provided
Family Bathroom: This room contains a corner bath and
separate shower cubicle. There are additional towels available for your stay with
the request that these are laundered and returned if you use them.
OUTSIDE
There is a large enclosed rear garden with patio area by the house.
To the front of the property there is hardstanding off road parking for three cars.

About us
Although originally from England (Leicester and Southampton) we lived in South Wales
for nineteen years, and both our children were born in Swansea. The last nine of
those years were spent in Gower Edge, a house with many happy memories, in a welcoming
community, and one to which we hope to return one day. We had to move for work in
2005 and since then have been renting the house as a holiday let. We feel privileged
to have lived in such a beautiful part of the country, and we hope to share some
of the scenery and lifestyle with you.
If you get in contact you will either speak to me (Sylvia) or Louise, who is a work
colleague who also loves the area, and helps with the organisation of the letting.
We both enjoy taking self-catering holidays all over the UK with our families, and
have tried to provide the sort of accommodation we would hope to find ourselves.
